Terms of cooperation
1. Minimum wholesale order for new customers – from 3 items. Repeat wedding dress deliveries are made without limits on quantity (from one or more per order).
2. Payment for the order is made in two steps:
- – 50% pre-payment of the cost of your order to run your order for production (this is the date when your order is considered accepted by us and the countdown starts for its production, not from the date you contact us by e-mail or Viber / Whatsapp). In other words, the sooner you make the pre-payment, the sooner you will receive the dresses.
- – payment of the remainder of the sum (50%) before shipping the dresses, when they are fully ready (if necessary, we send photos, videos).
You can pay for your order by money transfer, credit card, cash, transferring money from the account with an invoice and signing a cooperation agreement. Unlike most wedding dress suppliers, we are always accommodating to our customer.
3. The lead time depends on the production workload:
- An order of standard styles and standard size (from 34 to 42 European) as on the website or in the photos in our catalogs – 6-8 weeks.
- Production of non-standard styles (with alterations in the design of the dress or a dress of large size – from European size 44) – up to 6-8 weeks.
- It is worth noting that the cost of non-standard orders or production of large sizes increases depending on the additional materials and additional work on their production.
It is possible to order ready-made dresses from stock: we always have styles of dresses that are ready to sell from stock and you can buy them immediately and get them quickly (as soon as you pay for the purchase and we agree on delivery).
4. Delivery of the order to the customer:
- Within Ukraine: delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta or any other transportation company as agreed with the customer.
- In the CIS countries: by courier up to 21 days (the cost is agreed upon), by EMS postal service, by other means as agreed with the customer.
- To other countries of the world: by international postal services EMS, DHL, TMM, UPS or other ways (as agreed with the customer).
- You can find out the shipping cost either when you place an order of dresses with us, or on the day of shipment. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
